Alternations
Any alteration or deviation from the spacifications will be executed only upon an additional signed agreement. In the event that the delivered materials do not meet expectations, the customer will notify Hansen Lighitng, Inc. in writing within 15 days of delivery.
Showroom Display purchase and items marked as overstock or clearance are sold AS IS and are non-returnable
Right to Cancel
Under government regulations of purchases of $75 or more, I, the client, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. Once manufacturing has begun the special order CANNOT be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that an item is on backorder for longer than 60 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Default
In the event of default of the terms outlined above, or in the event that payment is not received in full for all the items delivered to customer within 30 days of receipt or delivery, Hansen Lighitng, Inc. maintains the right to pursue collection by whatever means allowable under UCC statutes and also the right to place a lien on the property located at the delivery address listed above. All lien, collections, and/or attorney�s fees shall be the responsibility of the defaulting party, including (but not limited to) court fees, lien filing fees, all attorney�s fees, and fees/percentages paid to a collections agency.
Personal Guarantee
The undersigned agrees to personally guarantee payment for this order.
Late Charges
At the discretion of Hansen Lighting, Inc. a 2% per month late charge may be added to all late payments.
Warranties
If a product is broken prior to or during delivery by a Hansen Lighting, Inc. employee or contractor, Hansen Lighitng, Inc. agrees to replace broken product. Any damage or theft occurring after delivery for whatever reason or cause, is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing with THIS agreement. This information is in addition to the manufacturer�s warranties and claims as outlined on the manufacturer�s warranty card.
Returns
The undersigned understands terms and conditions for returning merchandise are as follows:
Open merchandise is considered damaged goods and may not be returned.
Unopened/Uninstalled stock items may be returned for full credit if returned within 30 days purchase.
Unopened/Uninstalled Special Ordered items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened Special Ordered items are subject to a 50% restock fee of original purchase price plus any applicable return shipping charges.
Returned merchandise is subject to in-store credit only.
Delivery Expectations
Your lighting(s) has been ordered. You can now begin to prepare your environment for your new purchase.
We recommend you use professional, insured installers. In addition to guaranteeing quality workmanship, they will also provide you protection in the unlikely event of manufacturing defect. We can supply you with a list of trusted professionals from which you may select.
Most lighting orders are available for pickup at our showroom or deliver to job site (additional delivery fee may apply) within 2-3 weeks from ordered date. Some items may take longer and are dependent on manufacturer�s production and shipping schedules. We will do everything within our control to make sure you receive your order as timely as possible. You shall have the benefit of all guarantees and warranties provided by any manufacturer. As your lighting consultants, we will update you in accordance with the most recent information given by the manufacturer.
Once your lighting order as been received in good condition at our distribution center, you will be notified of a delivery date to your job site or when the order will be available for pickup at a showroom location. Inspection of your custom order will be done by our distribution team upon receipt of your order. Should there be a problem they have missed, we will handle any discrepancy in a timely manner and within Hansen Lighting and manufacturer guidelines.

I HEREBY SIGNIFY that the prices, specifications, and terms/conditions for order are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. Hansen Lighting, Inc. is authorized to order and deliver the items as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
