Your lighting(s) has been ordered. You can now begin to prepare your environment for your new purchase.

We recommend you use professional, insured installers. In addition to guaranteeing quality workmanship, they will also provide you protection in the unlikely event of manufacturing defect. We can supply you with a list of trusted professionals from which you may select.

Most lighting orders are available for pickup at our showroom or deliver to job site (additional delivery fee may apply) within 2-3 weeks from ordered date. Some items may take longer and are dependent on manufacturer’s production and shipping schedules. We will do everything within our control to make sure you receive your order as timely as possible. You shall have the benefit of all guarantees and warranties provided by any manufacturer. As your lighting consultants, we will update you in accordance with the most recent information given by the manufacturer.

Once your lighting order as been received in good condition at our distribution center, you will be notified of a delivery date to your job site or when the order will be available for pickup at a showroom location. Inspection of your custom order will be done by our distribution team upon receipt of your order. Should there be a problem they have missed, we will handle any discrepancy in a timely manner and within Hansen Lighting and manufacturer guidelines.
